Welcome to George AI, an AI-powered voice assistant service for UK garages, operated by MCMAgents (“we”, “us”, “our”). Our registered domain is mcmagents.com.

By signing up and using George AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them — they're written in plain English and we've kept them short on purpose.

George AI provides an AI voice assistant that answers calls on behalf of your garage, qualifies leads, and assists with booking MOTs and services.

You may only use George AI for lawful business purposes. You must not use the service to make unsolicited calls, harass customers, or do anything that would breach UK law.

You're responsible for ensuring the phone numbers and details you provide are accurate. We can't be held responsible for calls made to incorrect numbers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you're misusing the service.

The Pilot plan is billed at £59 per month, excluding VAT. Payment is taken monthly in advance.

Each plan includes 100 AI minutes per month. Additional minutes are charged at 30p per minute and billed at the end of your monthly cycle.

You can cancel your subscription at any time — there are no long-term contracts or exit fees. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't offer pro-rata refunds for partial months.

All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT. If VAT applies to your account, it will be added at the applicable UK rate.

George AI processes phone calls on your behalf. This includes recording and transcribing calls for the purpose of delivering the service — for example, extracting booking details and generating email summaries.

Call recordings are stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to provide the service. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.

You are responsible for informing your customers that calls may be recorded, as required under UK law (including GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations).

George AI is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to keep the service running reliably, we can't guarantee 100% uptime and don't accept liability for losses caused by service outages or interruptions.

We are not liable for missed bookings, lost revenue, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the total amount you've paid us during that period.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
